St. Landry Economic Development and the St. Landry Chamber of Commerce invite you to two free morning sessions designed to help business owners identify workforce gaps, explore available state training resources, and develop effective strategies to recruit and retain the right employees.

Jennifer Adcock and Tracy Herman of Excelerant will share practical strategies for writing job descriptions that attract qualified candidates and developing effective retention practices to help businesses keep valuable employees long-term.
