The 4th Annual St. Landry Student Arts Expo is coming to St. Landry Parish Courthouse Square in Downtown Opelousas on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. This exciting event is hosted by the Acadiana Center for the Arts in partnership with the St. Landry Parish School System, and the Opelousas Downtown Development District is proud to be a presenting sponsor once again.

The Student Arts Expo is a vibrant celebration of student artists in all artistic disciplines! Taking place across three parishes, the Expo features:

Outdoor performances from school bands, choirs, and performance classes
Art exhibitions in local businesses and outdoor spaces
Hands-on art activities for families
A Student Artist Market where attendees can purchase original artwork and crafts directly from the artists

This free, family-friendly festival is the perfect opportunity to support local student talent, enjoy live performances, and participate in fun, interactive arts activities.
